The Ecumenical and Ecclesiastical Combined Courts

Purpose of the Courts

The Courts operate under the authority of the Crown Sovereign, the Living Word of God, the Kingdom's foundational instruments, and the lawful records maintained within the Kingdom Registry of Instruments.

The purpose of the Courts is not oppression, domination, or provocation, but the peaceful administration of justice, the protection of rights, the correction of records, the preservation of lawful standing, and the restoration of equity among persons, families, institutions, lands, estates, ministries, and nations.

The right to rule is the right to judge!

The Old Testament Hebrew word "shaphat" has the double meaning of "to rule" or "to judge." Judgment is a regal function. To be enthroned as a king means to be installed in the office of judge by divine right.
