Authority & Oversight

The Royal Treasury operates under the authority of the Crown Sovereign. Royal Treasury instruments, charters, issuances, bonds, notes, registries, and institutional actions are subject to the lawful order of the Kingdom.

The Privy Council may present and propose treasury charters, frameworks, instruments, and policies for review and authorization. The EECC provides lawful record, equity, registry, and judicial support where treasury instruments require court recognition, correction, or determination.

The Ministry of Global Web and Angelic Intelligence supports transparency, auditability, digital records, database infrastructure, and verification against the Kingdom Registry of Instruments.
